Lemon Beebrush Syrup

Lemon Beebrush Syrup is a home-made ingredient, inspired by 'What to do with all the Lemon Beebrush in the garden'. Also known as Lemon Verbena, it is a flowering plant, and as the name suggests, it attracts bees.

The leaves and edible flowers of the Lemon Beebrush are often used in martinis, ice cream, syrups, sun teas, pesto, salad dressing. It's also used as a fragrance in perfumes.




Lemon verbena has a refreshing and calming scent and can be very soothing for the mind and relax the nerves. It also reduces stress besides calming a hyperactive and anxious mind.
