Green Peppers are a popular type of Bell Pepper. Green Bells remain on the growing vine the shortest amount of time of all Bell Peppers. They are picked before they go through the ripening process and change color.
To keep your Bell Peppers tasting great longer, store them in your refrigerator crisper drawer. Raw Bell Peppers will last between 1 and 2 weeks. Cooked Bell Peppers will last 3-5 days.
