Braised Chicken Giblets

3/4 cup All-purpose Flour
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Paprika
1/4 teaspoon Pepper
1/4 teaspoon Rosemary
1/4 teaspoon Curry Powder
1/4 teaspoon Turmeric
2 pounds Chicken Giblets
1/2 cup Margarine
2 medium Onions sliced
2 cups Water hot

Put flour, salt, paprika, pepper, rosemary, curry powder and tumeric into paper bag. Add giblets and shake to coat.

Melt margarine, add onions, and sauté for 2-3 minutes until the onions are wilted. Add the contents of the paper bag, including the spices, to the pan. Stir well, then add hot tap water.

Reduce the heat and simmer, covered, for 3 1/2 hours, stirring every half hour.

Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
Tips and Hacks

Add a little milk to the water when boiling cauliflower. It will make the cauliflower remain white.
