Preheat oven to 350°F / 180°C / Gas Mark 4 For the crust:
In bowl combine 1 1/2 cups of flour, powdered sugar and butter. Pat into 9X13 pan. Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 20 minutes.
While it is baking, whisk together eggs, the remain flour, granulated sugar and lemon juice. Pour over crust while crust is still hot. Bake for an additional 20-25 minutes, or until top is golden brown.
Cool on a wire rack and dust with additional powdered sugar if you like.
