1/4 cup Pine nuts
32 ounces Green beans French style, frozen
2 cloves Garlic minced
2 teaspoon Italian seasoning dried
1 tablespoon Olive oil
4 whole Plum tomatoes chopped
2 tablespoon Lemon juice
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Pepper
4 ounces Feta cheese crumbled

This item makes 6 Portions. Scale to Portions

In a dry sauce pan on medium heat; toast the Pine nuts and set aside.

Drain green beans, and dry slightly pressing between layers of paper towels.

Sauté garlic and Italian seasoning in hot olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat for about 1 minute. Add green beans and sauté 5 to 7 minutes.

Stir in tomatoes and cook stirring constantly for 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle with feta cheese and pine nuts.

You can substitute 1/4 cup toasted walnuts for the pine nuts.
