Squab with Roasted Salt And Pepper

4 cups Peanut oil for deep-frying
2 whole Squabs
1 teaspoon Soy sauce dark
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Pepper

This item makes 4 Portions. Scale to Portions
Heat oil to 375°F
Heat the Peanut oil to 375°F.
Cut each squab in half. Make a paste with the salt, pepper and soy sauce and rub this on the Squab.

Deep-fry in the hot oil until lightly golden brown, about 15 minutes. Do not overcook.

Cut the Squab into bite-sized slices and arrange on a heated platter. Serve with Roasted Salt And Pepper.
