If using fresh bread; allow the bread to dry for 2 days. If you are using stale bread, you should be good to go.

Using a hand held grater or a food processor fitted with the metal blade, grind to a medium to fine consistency. Shake and push the bread crumbs through a medium strainer to get an even texture.

Store in a tightly covered container and refrigerate, for no more than 1 week as it is bread and will mold as bread does.
