1 pound boneless Beef shank
1/2 pound Beef kidneys
184 gram Barley
4 each Beef Bouillon Cubes
3 1/2 pint Water

Put all ingredients in a pot. Bring to a rolling boil on high heat. Turn heat to low, simmer for 2 hours then cool.
With a blender or a food processor, blend until smooth. Reheat and serve.
