Yields 6 Portions
1/4 cup Cornstarch
1/4 cup Water
1 1/2 cups Maple syrup
1 cup Whipping Cream
1 each baked Pie crust

Mix the cornstarch and water together and set aside.
In saucepan, combine maple syrup and cream. Blend in cornstarch mixture. Bring filling to a boil over medium heat and cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly until thickened.
Pour filling into baked pie shell and let cool until set.
