1 package Pie crust
1 teaspoon All-purpose flour
1/2 cup Sugar
1 teaspoon ground Cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 cup chopped Raisins
1/4 cup Pecans
2 can Pumpkin puree
1 teaspoon Maple flavor
1 1/2 cup Evaporated milk
2 large lightly beaten Eggs
1 cup Whipping cream
2 tablespoon Powdered sugar

Prepare pie crust according to package directions for one crust pie. Refrigerate remaining pie crust for later use.
Place unbaked prepared pie crust into a 10" tart pan with a removable bottom or a 9 inch pie pan. Press in bottom and up sides of pan. Trim edges, if necessary.
In a large bowl,combine flour, sugar cinnamon, salt, raisins, chopped pecans, pumpkin puree and 1/2 teaspoon of maple flavouring. Blend well. Carefully pour into pie crust lined pan.
Bake for 40 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Remove from oven and cool.
In a small bowl beat whipping cream until soft peaks form. Blend in powdered sugar and remaining 1/2 teaspoon of maple flavoring. Beat until stiff peaks form. Spoon or pipe over cooled pie.
You can garnish with pecan halves for decoration. Store in refrigerator.
