1 pound Fettuccine
2/3 cup Sour Cream
1/4 cup Milk
4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon Pepper
2 whole slivered Green onions
2 tablespoons Caviar

Cook fettuccine as directed in the recipe or on package; drain reserving 1/2 cup pasta water.
Meanwhile, heat sour cream, milk, parmesan cheese and pepper over low heat, stirring constantly, just until hot. Toss with hot fettuccine and pasta water.
Garnish with slivered green onions. Spoon caviar on the top.
