Yields 12 Portions
5 ounces firm Silken tofu
1 can Salmon
3 ounces Smoked salmon
2 tablespoons chopped Dill
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
1 tablespoon chopped Green Onion
1 tablespoon Light mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon Horseradish
1 pinch Pepper

Place tofu in sieve; drain for 15 minutes, discarding liquid. Drain canned salmon, discarding skin and mashing bones.
In food processor, mix together tofu, salmon, smoked salmon, dill, lemon juice, onion, mayonnaise, horseradish and pepper until smooth.
Spoon into bowl; cover and refrigerate for up to 2 days.
