Ingredients:

2 1/2 pounds Beef brisket
1 pound Ground pork
1 ea chopped Onion
2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Black pepper, ground
3 cloves minced Garlic, fresh
2 tablespoons diced Green chilies, hot
8 ounces Tomato sauce, canned
12 ounces Beer
1 1/4 cups Water
6 tablespoons Chili powder
2 1/2 tablespoons Cumin, ground
1/8 teaspoon Dry Mustard
1/8 cup packed Brown sugar
1 tablespoon Oregano, dried
2 ea Beef bouillon, dry
Add these ingredients to your Shopping List.
Directions

Cut beef brisket into 1 inch cubes.

In a large kettle or Dutch oven, brown the beef brisket, ground pork and onions in hot oil. Add salt and pepper to taste. When the meat is cooked add the remaining ingredients. Stir well.

Cover and simmer 3 to 4 hours, until meat is tender and Chili is thick. Stir occasionally.
