Yields 8 Portions
1 each 10 inch Pie crust
12 ounces Cream cheese
1 1/2 cup Plain yogurt
2 cups pureed Bananas

Pre-bake the pie crust for 10 minutes.
Blend all the ingredients in the blender until smooth and creamy. Pour into the pre-baked pie crust and bake for 30 minutes or until set.
Allow to cool before serving. Delicious topped with a layer of yogurt and decorated with any fresh fruit.
