Yields 8 Portions
4 tablespoons Butter or margarine
2 cups Pumpkin puree
1/2 cup All-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Baking soda
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Milk
2 large lightly beaten Eggs
1 teaspoon Vanilla

Put the butter in a baking dish measuring 9 x 9, or 7 x 11; to melt while heating the oven to 450°F.
In a blender add the pumpkin puree, flour, salt, baking soda, sugar, milk eggs and vanilla. Whirl until smooth.
Pour into the melted butter and sprinkle top with cinnamon. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
Serve as a side dish.
