Corn And Moose Meat Casserole

1 medium chopped Onion
1 can Cream of celery soup
1 can Tomato soup
1/4 pound cubed Moose meat
2 cups sliced Potatoes

Preheat oven to 350°F / Gas Mark 4

In a saucepan; simmer the corn, onions, cream of celery soup, tomato soup and cubed moose meat for about 15 minutes.

Grease a 6 x 9 inch casserole dish and add the moose mixture. Top with the sliced potatoes. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a 350°F degree oven for about 45 minutes.
