1 pound cleaned; chopped Shrimp
1 cup All-purpose flour
1 tablespoon Corn Starch
1/2 teaspoon Salt
3/4 cup Water
1/2 cup Oil

In a mixing bowl, with your hands, mix the ingredients together.
In a frying pan over medium heat pour oil 1/4 inch deep. Make 2" patties, 1/4" thick and fry, turning once, about 2 minutes per side.
