Yields 2 Portions
8 ounces Backfin Crab meat
8 ounces softened Cream cheese
1 tablespoon Milk
1/2 teaspoon Horseradish
2 tablespoons finely chopped Onion
2 ounces slivered Almonds
1 pinch Salt
1 dash Pepper

In a bowl, mix together all of the ingredients except almonds. Arrange evenly in a baking dish. Sprinkle almonds over top.
Bake at 350°F until slightly browned on top. Serve hot on crackers.
Makes 2 cups.
