1 tablespoon Cognac
1/2 teaspoon Pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground Cinnamon

Mix everything together marinate at room temperature for a minimum of 1 hour or preferably in refrigerator overnight.

Put 4 or 5 cubes of chicken on each metal skewers and broil over charcoal for 10 or 15 minutes or in a gas or electric broiler.

Serve hot with Noni Afghani, salad and pickles. Serve 4 or 5.
