Cut the boneless lamb into 1 inch cubes

Mix everything together and marinate for 1 to 1-1/2 hours. This distributes the flavors and tenderizes the meat.

Put 4 pieces of lamb alternating with onion quarters on each metal skewers. Broil over charcoal, traditional method, for 10 minutes, or to taste: rare, medium, or well-done.
