Ingredients:

2 pounds Venison
8 cups Water
1 cup diced Celery
6 ea diced Carrots
12 ea diced Potatoes
3 ea chopped Onions
1/4 cup Pearl barley, uncooked
1 teaspoon Seasoning salt
2 cloves minced Garlic, fresh
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Black pepper, ground
2 tablespoons Parsley, dried
1 tablespoon Beef bouillon, dry
1 package Brown gravy, dry
1 ea Bay leaf, dried
1 package Mixed vegetables, frozen
Add these ingredients to your Shopping List.
Directions

Sear venison until brown on all sides. Add water, celery, carrots, potatoes, onions, and all other ingredients except frozen veggies.

Cook on medium until vegetables are tender and meat is cooked through. Add frozen veggies and cook until hot. Remove bay leaf. Serve with hard rolls.
