1/4 cup Butter or margarine
1 package Onion soup mix
1/2 cup Water
8 ounces softened Cream cheese
1/4 teaspoon Garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon Vinegar

Saute chicken livers in butter. Transfer to a food processor or blender and add dry onion soup mix. Process with as much of the water as you need to create a thick, spreadable consistency.

Remove mixture from blender and whip in cream cheese. Add garlic powder and vinegar to taste.

Chill and serve with crackers, pretzels or apple slices.
