1 can Pumpkin puree
3/4 cup Sugar
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon ground Cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground Ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground Cloves
1 can Carnation evaporated milk
1 unbaked deep dish Pie crust

Preheat oven to 425°F / 220°C / Gas Mark 7

Beat eggs lightly in large bowl. Stir in pumpkin puree, sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger, cloves and evaporated milk. Pour into pie shell.

Bake for 15 minutes at 425°F. Reduce the temperature to 350°F and bake for an additional 40 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

Cool on wire rack.
