8 ounces Fettuccine Pasta, dry
8 ounces Cream cheese
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 tablespoons Butter
1/2 cup Heavy cream
1/8 teaspoon Nutmeg, ground
|Add these ingredients to your Shopping List.|
Cook Fettuccine pasta according to the package, about 15 minutes until al dente; then drain.
In a large saucepan, stir together the cream cheese, Parmesan, butter, and heavy cream. Heat, stirring, until smooth. Add hot, cooked Fettuccine pasta, and toss until well covered.
Serve immediately, sprinkled with nutmeg.
NOTE: Margarine can be substituted for butter and milk can be substituted for the cream.
