Before baking, preheat oven to 350°F / 180°C / Gas Mark 4
Coat a skillet with cooking spray; place over medium heat until hot. Add ground pork, Italian seasoning, fennel seeds and garlic. Cook until meat is browned, stirring to crumble meat. Drain in a colander; pat dry with paper towels, and set aside.
Combine milk, egg substitute, cheese, green onions, dry mustard and salt in a large bowl; stir well. Add pork mixture and bread, stirring just until well blended. Pour into an 11 x 7 x 2-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray. Cover and chill 8 to 12 hours.
Bake uncovered at 350°F for 50 minutes or until lightly browned.
