1 tablespoon Olive oil
1/2 cup Onions
1 cup sliced Mushrooms
1 can drained, chopped Artichokes
2 cups Chicken broth
1/2 cup Green peas
3 cups All-purpose flour
2 cups Evaporated Skimmed Milk
1 pinch Salt
1 dash Pepper

In a large saucepan heat the olive oil and saute the onions until wilted. Add mushrooms, artichokes and chicken broth. Cook about 5 minutes or until tender. Add the peas.

Blend the flour into the evaporated milk and add to the mixture in the pan. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes or until slightly thickened. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
