4 each thawed Catfish fillets
1/4 cup Lemon juice
1/4 cup Oil
1 teaspoon Dry minced onion
1/2 teaspoon Garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon Hot pepper sauce
1 large quartered Lemon

Note: Marinade in the refrigerator overnight before cooking.

Rinse catfish fillets and blot dry.
Combine lemon juice, oil, minced onion, garlic salt and hot pepper in flat casserole dish. Add fillets. Marinate in refrigerator overnight, turning several times.

Grill fillets over medium-hot coals 5-8 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Baste with marinade while cooking. Serve with lemon wedge.

Oven Method: Broil 6 inches from heat for 5-6 minutes; turn carefully and baste marinade. Broil an additional 5-6 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
