Yields 6 Portions
2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
4 tablespoons finely chopped Red onion
2 cloves finely chopped Garlic
1 pound Ground pork
2 tablespoons Fish Sauce
1/2 teaspoon White pepper
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 cup roasted, ground Peanuts
1 large sliced Pineapple

Heat oil in frying pan over medium heat. Saute onion and garlic 1 minute. Add pork, fish sauce, pepper, sugar. Stir well and cook over moderate heat 10 minutes. Stir in the peanuts and remove from heat.
Arrange pineapple slices on individual plates and spoon a portion of the pork into each.
