1 teaspoon ground Cinnamon
3 cups Sugar
1 cup Corn oil
4 large lightly beaten Eggs
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 cup Pumpkin puree
1/3 cup Water
2 teaspoons Baking soda
3 cups All-purpose flour

Preheat oven to 350°F / Gas Mark 4

Mix together nutmeg, cinnamon, sugar, corn oil, eggs, and salt. Add pumpkin puree, water, baking soda, and flour.

Grease 2 loaf pans and fill 2/3 full. Bake 350°F for 1 hour in a preheated oven. Cool 10 minutes before removing bread from the pans.
