Lightly oil and flour 3 8-1/2 X 4-1/2 loaf pans or 2 larger loaf pans.
Combine all ingredients and mix together vigorously. Pour equal amounts of the batter into the prepared loaf pans.
Bake in a pre-heated oven at 350°F for 1 to 1-1/2 hours until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the loaf pans on a wire rack. This pumpkin bread freezes beautifully.
