Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups Artichokes, cooked
10 ounces Spinach, fresh
3/4 cup Mayonnaise
3 tablespoons Lemon juice
1/2 tablespoon grated Lemon peel
1 dash Tabasco sauce
1 pinch Salt
1 pinch Black pepper, ground
Add these ingredients to your Shopping List.
Directions

Chop artichoke hearts in food processor; set aside.

Wash spinach well. Blanch in boiling water; drain; squeeze dry and chop in food processor. Add chopped artichoke hearts and remaining ingredients and process just until blended.

Serve with vegetable sticks.

NOTE: Tabasco, salt and pepper can be added to suit your taste.
