9 cups All-purpose flour
1/3 cup Baking powder
1 cup Powdered milk
4 teaspoons Salt
1 1/2 cups Vegetable oil
Level of Difficulty:
Sift together all-purpose flour, baking powder, powdered milk and salt.
Cut vegetable oil into the flour mixture until it resembles coarse cornmeal. Store, well covered, in a cool dry place.
This recipe makes 13 cups. Use it just like you would Bisquick or pancake mix.
