Ingredients:

3/4 teaspoon Red chili peppers
1/2 teaspoon Black pepper, ground
1 teaspoon Caraway seeds
1 teaspoon Coriander seed
1 teaspoon Salt
1/4 cup finely shredded Cabbage
2 tablespoons minced Green onion
2 cloves minced Garlic, fresh
2 teaspoons grated Lemon rind
1/4 teaspoon Basil, dried
3 pounds Top sirloin steak
5 cups Coconut cream, canned
2 teaspoons Anchovy paste
Add these ingredients to your Shopping List.
Directions

Chop together the chili peppers, black pepper, caraway seeds, coriander seeds, salt, cabbage, green onions, garlic, lemon rind, and basil.

Cut the meat in 1" x 4" strips.

Bring half of the coconut cream to a boil, add the steak, cover and cook over low heat for 20 minutes. Stir in the spice mixture, anchovy paste, and remaining coconut cream. Cook 15 minutes longer.

Serve with rice.
