Ingredients:

1 ea Iceberg lettuce
4 ea diced Tomatoes, fresh
6 ounces julienned Ham
1/2 pound julienned Swiss cheese
2/3 cup Spanish olives, pitted
8 cloves minced Garlic, fresh
2 teaspoons Oregano, dried
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup White vinegar 5%
1 cup Olive oil
1 pinch Salt
1 pinch Black pepper, ground
3 teaspoons grated Romano cheese
3 teaspoons Lemon juice
Add these ingredients to your Shopping List.
Directions

Put lettuce in mixing bowl. Add tomatoes, ham, and cheese. Top with Spanish olives; set aside.

Put minced garlic, oregano, and Worcestershire sauce into bowl. Beat with a whisk until smooth. Add vinegar. Drizzle in the oil, beating continuously. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Pour dressing on top of the prepared lettuce. Add grated Romano cheese and lemon juice. Toss all ingredients together and serve on chilled plates.
