1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Water
1/2 teaspoon ground Cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground Allspice
1 cup blanced Almonds
1 cup unsalted Cashews
1 1/2 cup Pecans

Combine sugar, water, cinnamon and allspice in large, heavy bottomed saucepan. Boil over medium heat until reduced to 1/3 cup.
Add nuts all at once; stir quickly to coat all nuts. You have to work fast as it hardens quickly. Spread on baking sheet, breaking up large clumps with a spoon.
After candy cools, break apart into individual nut pieces. Store in airtight container at room temperature.
