Ingredients:

1/2 cup All-purpose flour
1 cup Whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1 cup Milk, nonfat
2 ea beaten Egg whites
1 cup Blueberries, fresh
Add these ingredients to your Shopping List.
Directions

Sift dry ingredients together.

Combine milk and egg whites. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Carefully stir in the blueberries.

Drop batter by the part ladle full onto heated non-stick pan. Cook until bubbles form on the top, turn and cook other side.

1 tablespoon Cornstarch
Directions:

Arrowroot or Tapioca can be substituted for cornstarch.

Combine ingredients and cook over medium high heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
