Ingredients:

2 ea Green pepper, sweet
1 ea Onions
2 ea Celery
3 ea Carrots
1 clove Garlic, fresh
1/2 pound Mushrooms
1 ea Cauliflower
2 tablespoons Canola oil
1 cup White tuna, canned
1 ea Lemon, fresh
1 teaspoon Sugar
Add these ingredients to your Shopping List.
Directions

Finely chop green peppers, onion, celery, carrots, garlic, mushrooms and cauliflower; cook in hot oil for 5 minutes, mix well.

Add flaked Tuna, lemon and sugar, mix well. Pour into sterilized jars, cool and refrigerate.

When serving, place antipasto in a pretty dish, surround with crackers.
