In a mixing bowl, using a hand or electric mixer, beat eggs for 2 minutes until frothy. Add flour, baking powder, milk and oil, mix well. Stir in bananas.
On a hot griddle or frying pan pour 1/4 cup batter for each pancake. Cook until the edges become a little dry. Flip the pancake and continue cooking. It takes about 2 minutes per side.
Drizzle with honey, maple syrup or your favorite sweet sauce and sprinkle with pecans.
