Mix sugars together. Boil the milk with half of sugars for two minutes. Let it cool down.
With a hand mixer on high speed, beat the egg yolks with the remaining half of the sugars. Lower the speed and add the milk, mixing until incorporated. Slowly add the grain alcohol. It will be quite fluid.
Bottle and let rest for two weeks, the Advocaat will thicken. This can be drank, but the Dutch eat it with a spoon.
