1 1/2 cups chopped Apples
1/2 cup Seedless raisins
2 stalks chopped Celery
1 medium chopped Onion
1/4 cup chopped Walnuts
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
2 tablespoons melted Butter
1 teaspoon Lemon juice
3 1/2 cups soft Bread crumbs


Optional Ingredients:
1/4 cup Chicken stock Add to shopping list

Note: This recipe will stuff a 4 to 6 pound bird. Your overall cook time will vary.

Preheat oven to 375°F / 190°C

Combine apples, raisins, celery, onion, nuts, salt, cinnamon, butter, lemon juice and bread crumbs in a bowl until well blended.

Place stuffing in a 4 to 6 pound bird and roast.

If stuffing will be baked in separate dish, use 1/2 cup chicken stock. Bake in a greased, covered loaf pan at 375°F oven for 30 minutes.
