1 cup tightly packed Fresh basil
2 cloves Garlic
1/2 cup toasted Pine nuts
1/4 teaspoon Pepper
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup Olive oil

In a food processor, blend basil leaves, garlic, pine nuts, pepper and Parmesan cheese until smooth.
With the processor running, add olive oil in a slow steady stream until combined.
