2 cups Lentils
1/2 cup chopped Yellow onion
1/2 cup chopped Celery
1/4 cup Water
2 cups mashed Potatoes
1 cup whole wheat Bread crumbs
1 teaspoon Parsley
1 1/2 teaspoons Sage
1 teaspoon Thyme
1/2 teaspoon Marjoram
1/4 teaspoon Rosemary
1/8 teaspoon Pepper

Preheat oven to 350°F / 180°C / Gas Mark 4

Cook and mash the Lentils. Cook and mash the potatoes. Cook the onion and celery in water for about 10 minutes, until soft.

Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Form into patties and place on a nonstick baking sheet.

Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes, turn and bake the other side for an additional 20 minutes.

Serve on toasted burger buns.
