Yields 8 Portions
1 1/2 cups + 3 tbsp All-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups Sugar
1/2 cup melted Butter
3 large lightly beaten Eggs
2/3 cup Powdered sugar
1/4 cup Lemon juice

In bowl combine 1 1/2 cups flour, granulated sugar and butter. Pat into 9 X 13 inch pan. Bake for 20 minutes in a 350°F oven.
Meanwhile whisk together eggs, remaining 3 tablespoons flour, powdered sugar and lemon juice. Pour over crust while crust is still hot.
Bake for an additional 20 to 25 minutes, or until top is golden brown. Cool on a wire rack and dust with additional powdered sugar.
