1 cup Basmati rice
2 teaspoons Curry powder

Cook 1 cup of Basmati rice with 1-2 teaspoons of curry powder.
Cool down and fill into plastic container. Add any raw vegetables you like, for example, cauliflower, mushrooms, broccoli, zucchini, okra, etc.
At lunchtime, microwave for about 5 minutes or until veggies are cooked.
