Slice meat into 3-inch strips, 1/8-inch thick.
Mix pineapple juice, burgundy, teriyaki sauce, vegetable oil, sugar, ginger and tabasco sauce to make the marinade. Marinate beef strips for at least 3 hours or overnight in refrigerator. Drain, reserving the marinade.
Weave beef strips back and forth on skewers. Brush with sauce. Arrange skewers on grill and grill for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally.
In saucepan; stir brown sugar and cornstarch into remaining marinade; bring to boil, stirring constantly until thickened. Serve thickened sauce over skewers on a bed of rice.
