14 large Hard-boiled eggs
15 ounce drained Garbanzo beans
1/4 cup Plain Lowfat Yogurt
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 clove minced Garlic
1 tablespoon Red Caviar, Optional Add to shopping list

Blender / Food Processor
Slice eggs in half lengthwise; carefully remove and discard yolks.
With your knife blade in a food processor bowl; add beans yogurt, mustard and garlic. Process until smooth.
Spoon mixture into decorating bag fitted with a large star tip; pipe mixture into egg cavities. Top evenly with caviar.
