Using floured fingers, press sugar cookie dough evenly into pan. Bake at 350° for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely.
In a small bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until fluffy. Spread mixture over cooled cookie crust. Arrange fruit over cream cheese.
In small bowl, combine orange marmalade and water; blend well. Spoon marmalade mixture over fruit. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
