10 inch unbaked Pastry shell
1 can Salmon
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1 small chopped Onion
1 tablespoon Parsley Flakes
2 tablespoons Butter
6 large lightly beaten Eggs
1 1/2 cup Milk
1 teaspoon Seasoning spice
1/4 teaspoon Black pepper

Before baking, preheat oven to 450°F

Prick the pastry shell several times with a fork to prevent air bubbles. Bake at 450°F for 5 minutes. Lower your oven to 350°F.

Drain salmon, reserving liquid. Remove bones and skin. Flake salmon and place in bottom of pastry shell. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Saute onions and parsley flakes in butter; sprinkle over salmon.

Mix liquid from salmon with eggs, milk, seasoning spice and pepper. Pour over salmon. Bake in 350°F oven for 50 minutes or until firm. Serve hot.
