6 large chopped Hard-boiled eggs
3 tablespoons Mayonnaise
1/2 cup chopped Onions
2/3 cup Sour Cream
8 ounces Cream cheese
2 ounces Caviar

Mash the eggs and mayonnaise together. Spread evenly in a springform pan. Sprinkle with chopped onion.
Mix sour cream and cream cheese together and spread over onions. Chill thoroughly, about 2 hours.
Sprinkle caviar on top. Remove sides of pan. Serve with crackers or toast points.
