1/2 cup Cream cheese
3/4 cup Sour Cream
3 ounces black or red Caviar
1 teaspoon Lemon juice
1 tablespoon chopped Fresh dill
2 teaspoons diced Purple onion
1 large finely chopped Hard-boiled egg

Note: 1 Tablespoon of fresh dill = 1 teaspoon of dried dill.

Beat the cream cheese to a smooth consistency. Add the sour cream, red or black caviar, lemon juice, dill and purple onions, blending well.

Cover and chill well; about 2 hours. Just before serving, garnish with finely chopped hard-boiled egg.
